What Our Customers Say

It is easy to revert to self-written marketing driven superlatives (greatest, best, most, etc.) and hyperbole to describe ones own business operation. The real test, however, is how a company is perceived by its customers.

Commercial operations require security and fire systems that are reliable, don’t cause unnecessary problems during normal, daily use and operation, and cause the least amount of disturbance to personnel who might have to respond to an alarm in the event of an activation, especially activations for other than real intrusions and/or fires.

Residential alarm users often activate alarm systems at night while occupants are sleeping. False activations in the dark of the night can be quite unnerving, wondering if there is an actual intruder in your home

Additionally, residential alarm users often rely upon friends, relatives, and neighbors to be key holders to respond to a premise in the event of an alarm activation when the owners are away. No one wants to inconvenience these accommodating people for false activations due to faulty equipment, or equipment that hasn’t been correctly repaired or repaired in a timely manner. Poor equipment selection/quality and/or placement (the location of “motion” detection equipment is especially critical) can also be the source of these false activation problems.

Here are some unsolicited comments from A.S.P. customers:

“…..I want to thank you for your kindness and support for the installation of the new upgraded fire alarm system that was installed. It brings a sense of peace knowing that in the event of a real fire, the authorities will be notified immediately to respond. Since we are open to the public, it will also enable those who enter the building to be aware of an emergency situation and quickly allow evacuation before anyone is hurt. I also wanted to commend you and your staff for the excellent way they worked while on the premises. They were efficient, knowledgeable and sensitive to the ongoing programs and services in operation during the several days they were here. “ - Salvation Army

“…..I just wanted to write a short note of thanks in reference to the installation of our security system. Your employees were extremely considerate and very cautious while working in our newly built home. The quality of the workmanship was superb, as well as the time frame in which it was done. The system looks like it was installed when we built the house. There are no signs of work being done on the finished walls. This was a big concern, since we just finished painting and plastering. It was a pleasure to see this kind of workmanship in this “hurry up” society. You should be very proud of your employees. They are welcome to work in our home anytime.”

“…..On April 10th, during the snowstorm I lost power. At 3:00am I called A.S.P. to get help in turning the buzzer off on the keypad. I do know how to do this, but I was very nervous. At 5:00am the alarm went off. Again, I called you office. Again, your on-call employee returned my call and talked me through how to disconnect the battery and the power. They spent at least twenty minutes helping me. I am a widow, living alone. I can not tell you how grateful I am to your employee for their patience, understanding and kindness. They called at 8:00am to make sure everything was OK. Shortly after my power was restored, one of your employees was here to make the necessary repairs. I am glad that I have A.S.P. and delighted that you have such excellent employees.”

“…..My wife and I were impressed with the A.S.P. team that installed the system in our home. All were extremely courteous, technically proficient, and above all wanted to make sure that we know how to operate the equipment before they departed. They are a real credit to your organization.”

“…..Our new security system appears to be working well. We want to commend you on your installers. They spent two days in our home. Both installers were efficient, well trained and neat about their work.”

“…..I just wanted to take a minute to thank you and your employees for the excellent job they did recently on the alarm upgrade in my house. The quality of work down to the smallest detail was truly exceptional. The quality was especially notable when compared to the previous alarm system upgrade (by another company). I developed a lot of respect for the work of these employees, and thought that you should know about their unusual performance and professionalism in all aspects of the job. I am sure that A.S.P. will continue to be in demand, but it is always useful to occasionally stop and take note of the true source of one’s success and reputation.”

“…..My A.S.P. Security system is installed and I am very pleased with it. Your explanation of the system and the fact that you only hard wired in spite of the difficult construction of my house really sold me. Three other companies said my house could not be hard wired. I could not have asked of better workmen – courteous and efficient and explained everything well. The one small area of outside wiring is covered well – it is hardly noticeable!”

“…..I would like to compliment your employees for the professional manner in which they conducted themselves and the condition in which they left the property. They are personable and competent employees."
